Hi:
My datafeed from CTS T4 FIX is not working and I told to CTS people and they think it is problem for the CS. What should I do now?

It seems as though there is an issue with the Sierra Charts platform, not the CTS data feed. I have looked at Sierra Charts Support Board and I was able to see that there are multiple users who are having the same issue with the connecting to the CTS data feed to their Sierra Charts.

Unfortunately, you will need to contact Sierra Charts directly in regards to this issue. If you have any open positions or working orders that you need to get out of please give our support desk a call and we can assist you.
