I see. I have tried but it has never worked for me. The chart from downloaded data does not show up and I cannot seem to be able to access other studies (though, I work on custom studies). Even if hypothetically you did need to pay for a month of usage time, 24 USD for an entire month does not match up with the words you use.
You are expected to say that, however, it is quite a lot especially when only 1 or 2 hours is needed for testing in simple cases and perhaps a 2 or 3 days for other cases. If you hypothetically billed your users on a per hour basis that adds up to 24 USD a month (IF used for that long), than sure, your words would be a bit more acceptable.
