closing SC and reopening it solves the problem, but I'm annoyed at having to do this When you have a problem again follow these instructions: Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log: Message Log: Clearing the Message Log Fully re-download the data in the chart by going to the chart and selecting "Edit >>Delete All Data and Download".
