What we see is that you have an installation of Sierra Chart on your desktop. Unless that is intentional, that is not where you want to install Sierra Chart.

Exit from any running instance of Sierra Chart, and then go to this folder on your system: C:\SierraChart\

Run the SierraChart.exe file from there and you should be okay and have your Chartbooks .

There are also backups of your Chartbook's as well so let us know if you need further help so we can help you with that.
