Yes, they can contact us directly by email.

But we will tell what we are telling you now.

We are not blocking connections to "188.65.115.132". There is no whitelist to add the IP to. Our log shows that we are connecting to the email server, but the email server is not responding to our requests, or delaying the acceptance of the emails.

Our assessment of the situation at the moment is that the receiving email server is blocking the alerts. It might be accepting the connection from the email server, but not accepting the alert email.
