The last alert that went through from SC was on 21st December, sent from IP 204.15.192.107. This IP has been whitelisted. I instigated an alert at 08:33 CET today the alert mail from SC was NOT seen by my domain people. Can you please confirm from which IP address your alerts are coming from, is it a static IP address?
