For example use SPY.BZ and see if at the time you notice a delay with that. BATS is driven through the Barchart Open Feed which is their newer feed. The NYSE and NASDAQ runs through their older feed which we been meaning to update for some time now but just waiting on them to get some critical improvements done with that first.
