I am having the same problem described here:

Unset Account

I cannot select my ZenFire account number from the drop-down menu on the DOM - it only allows me to select Unset.

I have already spoken to my broker, but the information in your response was not clear enough to help them. This issue only showed up after upgrading from 996 to 1045. Can you provide more technical information that I can supply to my broker?

I also have spurious trade positions in the Trade Stats tab of Orders and Positions. Basically Sierra Chart is unable to match orders at all, so closed positions appear to be open and visa versa. The Positions tab is correctly reporting my exposure. I am assuming this is related to the Unset account issue.
