NO. What I'm saying is: The way Sierra has, and is supposed to work is that ANY DRAWING TOOL SHOULD ALWAYS DRAW TC1 UPON FIRST USE. Any changes from TC1 to other configurations should be done after initial drawing tool placement. This is how it has worked for years. For my ext. rect. tool to be somehow drawing as TC3 upon all first use....is wrong. Please take time to understand the problem here. |
