We have now loaded in full historical data for all of the CME symbols. Go to your Intraday charts and select Edit >> Delete All Data and Download. We have added additional usage time to your account to make up for the time there was not complete historical data available. Also make sure you have updated Sierra Chart with Help >> Download Prerelease. If you need further help, let us know and we can contact you using remote assistance. If you do not want to continue to use the data feed, this is fine. We just wanted to make sure we got everything working properly for you.
