Actually the problem may not be so simple by asking Interactive Brokers about the contract details because by default these symbols do not provide market data. You have to be prepared to be tremendously frustrated and go through all kinds of difficulties when using Interactive Brokers. If you are not, then you are making a huge mistake by working with them and using their API with Sierra Chart. Be prepared to be terribly terribly frustrated and have all kinds of problems.
