I did read through the EACH and EVERY ONE of the steps listed in provided link, if I did not, WHY would I reply to you and state that the problem is STILL persists? I am intelligent enough to try and resolve the problem before bother you with unnecessary questions..... You recommend that I need to make sure that there are no missing order fills, but how can this be done? The Order Fills Start Date-Time are not customized and set to default (blank). You also seem to be missing my main point that I have another machine running side by side with the one I am having problem with (configured and connected in the SAME exact way and with the SAME chart books) and this machine dose not have any issues and is working properly, displaying correct NetPL information. If this would be related to the broker and missing trade information on the Transact side as you allege, then WHY would one computer with the same Sierra Charts configuration work properly and the other would not? If both machines are feeding off the same connection ID / password, same account information, same data feed, same broker and running the same version of Sierra WHY would one of them have a problem and another would not???
