Really what we wanted and linked to was providing the actual Chartbook file containing that chart. Anyway, we reproduced the settings you are using and we ran a replay and could not reproduce the problem and when we look at the chart image and look at the last bar, it does appear as though the Intraday Data Storage Time Unit is greater than 1 Tick. Confirm again you are using that setting and: Re-download all the data in the chart by going to the chart and selecting "Edit >> Delete All Data and Download".
