I do however question the value in the name "Alert Popup Message" taking up valuable screen space (see attached - yellow highlight). We know what the dialogue box is, plus the Title Bar already tells us that, as well as the words "Time Alert" appearing to the very left of the actual alert message. In addition it would be even better if we had the option of turning on/off the scroll bar (circled in red) like we can on other SC windows as a means of saving even more screen real estate. For an understanding of the basis of these changes, it relates to general development and changes to standardize the Dialog type windows to a common code base for uniform code and easier maintenance and also to allow porting to another operating system more easily.
