In regards to the starting time for historical data, the particular data feed you are using is new and we state on this page that the historical data is limited: http://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?l=doc/SierraChartRealTimeFuturesStockDataFeed.php#SetupInstructions We are working on increasing it. Note: At this time there is limited historical Intraday data available with this data feed. Full historical data is expected to be released by November 15, 2013.
