Hi, another person living in my house (my brother) signed up for the free trial period. I signed up for it as well, but because of the same IP-address, my functionality of Sierra Chart is limited. I cannot connect to any Data Provider (Not enabled in package). Is there any solution? Since this is a different computer and I am a different user, just sharing the same IP because of the same residence. Thanks in advance! Kind regards. |
