Since the latest roll in CME equity products, I am no longer able to pull historical data on any Historical Charts. Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, etc. I have Package 5 and thought the CME data went back to 2011. Am I missing something? I've never experienced this problem before in the many years I've used this platform. I've tried with and without continuous contracts, setting days to load really high, nothing works. Any reason why this would suddenly happen? |
