Hello! I cannot get any data for kc fut.
Even after using delete and download I get an error

I have heard in the past that rithmic does not save data.
That I cn only recieve the data from my broker...

Thursday I was able to recieve the data the only after
using the delete and download data option.

Today, the delete and download data results in my SierraChart
giving me the "encountered an out-of-memory condition when calling..."

Is this a broker issue or a sierrachart issue?
What can I do to fix the problem?
