Ok, maybe I am not understanding how the new Custom Symbols works and how it will be helpful, but I will wait for the documentation to see how to properly implement it and the virtues of its use. Sorry if my example seem narrow, but I provided a simple screenshot just to give you an idea of what I am seeing. But what I am doing is very straightforward. I open an new chartbook, I add four charts with different symbols and I use the Spread 4 Indicator to create a spread from those four charts. The resulting output is what you saw in my screenshot. That's as strait forward as it gets. The only additional thing I can think of that I'm doing is I added the BAAVG suffix to the end of each symbol. But I have this issue with or without the BAAVG suffix. When you say "this is expected when using a study like the Difference (Bar) study and is documented." Can you explain what you mean by that and show me where I can read more documentation about why this is happening? Are you saying it is normal for the current bar to retrace like that? |
