I'm following up once again on the issue mentioned above from last year to check the status. My entire trading strategy revolves around using your various Difference, Sum all charts, and Spread 4 indicators, etc. Unfortunately for me I can't use the software until this is fixed. Can you please explain why this occurs and what the cause of this issue is? Because it is impossible to analyze symbols if the live data retraces/disappears and is not printing or retaining most of the bar's visual information on the chart (see attached screenshot). One additional note that may be helpful. The problem doesn't seem to be about creating custom spread symbols as you mentioned above. For example the Spread 4 Indicator seems to be fine the way it is set up for inputting various symbols. Instead, the problem is the way the actual chart functions and prints the data. Live data bars retrace and do not print the wicks of the bar so most of the bar's dynamic range is missing; making the bar incomplete. If you logout and log back in, those same bars will show the full dynamic range. Thanks again. Any response is appreciated because I can't trade without this one issue being resolved.
