We have contacted our data provider Barchart about MHI-201812-HKFE. We do see the problem. There is an issue with symbol mapping on their side. We were not aware of this until now. We do apologize for the issue. Also possibly related, I have been getting rare disconnects from SC Data servers today. We examined this very closely just now. The issue is not with our servers or the Barchart network infrastructure because there was only 1 disconnection around the time you had an issue. It is some connectivity issue somewhere along the path from the servers to New Zealand.
