hi Support team, just tried again. it seems to me that even setting to use "SC Data - All Service", there is nothing to be given from "HKZ18" (hsi mini), but ok with "HSI18". However i don't trade HSI. So probably it's not only the symbol mapping issue to IB symbol, it could be the source feed issue. In a nutshell, what I need now is setting Data/Trade Service to "Interactive Brokers" and "allow support for Sierra Chart data feed", so i may see & trade the symbol "MHI-201812-HKFE". It is currently not available and said "Download Failed" then blank. So Please kindly help to check and fix. Thanks for your attention. JKF |
