To whom it may concern, Firstly, wanted to say that i love your software, however, i am having a problem with intraday charts. I have attached a chart of a little bar where i have placed the cross-hair. That bar is the first bar before the open of a particular market. I have set the chart settings to the hour (i.e. start time 13:00:00, end time 12:59:59). It seems like it is 1 second of data on a 6 minute bar (as it is a 6 minute chart). I have tried everything on your website such as changing the clock settings to different settings including timestamp using local computer and set system date-time from server. I have also checked my windows time to check to see if that is configured to update through the internet.I have not had any luck. I also tried changing the start and date times by one second and still had no luck. I think it is that 1 second between 12:59:59 and 13:00:00 that the software is not recognising.
