Sorry for how long it has taken us to get to this. We have just been busy with lots of things. This ability has been added and will be available in release 1844. On the Configuration/Properties pages for Rectangle, Extending Rectangle, and Ellipse there is an option for Draw Midline. This midline uses the same settings as the outer lines.
