One thing you can do look at the Window >> Message Log and you can see when a DLL is loaded and unloaded. The other thing we would say is that Release all DLLs and Deny Load is meant to only be used when you are using external build tools, otherwise do not use this command. Perhaps your DLLs just take a long time to load but that is not normal. A DLL should be loaded in milliseconds or microseconds.
