I can not download spread symbols. I was previously advised to contact AMP; they don't seem to understand the TTnet spread symbol concept nor how Sierra Chart works to obtain these symbols. They are advising me to switch to X_Trader Pro and use their Auto Spreader. I do not want to do this and I'm sure it is not in your best interest either. Does AMP have control over automatic TT spread symbol downloads? Can they disable this function? Or is there a problem with their server that they are not aware of or don't want to address? If they aren't supporting the spreads via Sierra Chart, you should update the info on your site to reflect this (currently you state that spreads are supported through AMP). If AMP does not have control over the automatic download of TT's spread symbols and there is an apparent problem on their end, Sierra Chart needs to contact them as their support personnel do not seem to understand the issue.
