You are dealing with the senior engineers here. There is no one else. The ports you fully control. The default web browsing port is 80 and that is what is used for login by default. However, if you are using a proxy Web server, the Sierra Chart login will go through that proxy server and you specify the port number. However, as we are looking at the code, we do see a potential issue depending upon the port number you are using. Please let us know what the port number is. If you can show us screen images, of all of the proxy related settings in Internet Explorer, that will help us. Once you get past the Sierra Chart login, then the next question is what Data or Trading service are you using? The ports used for that will depend upon the Service being used.
