When you start a replay do you click yes at the prompt you get to clear the existing Trading Data for the Symbol and Trade Account? This will be the reason why the data is cleared.

You will want to click no instead or choose a different Trade Account on the Trade Window before starting the replay:
Basic Trading and the Trade Window: Main/C >> Trade Account (Selecting Trade Account for Chart / Trade DOM)
