Ok thanks. But before we go down that line, can you check with your next level of technical support if they know something about which ports we need to open in our firewall?
Because even if you remote in, you can only see proxy settings and what we entered in our login screen,
so if you know what else to check please let me know.
I can do some print screens if needed to.
