You initial reply seems harsh and not customer friendly. This is because this type of support request is difficult for us and we need to get precise details from the user. Otherwise, it is hard for us to know what the issue is.1. Does not update at all. (Reload and recalculate option used in chart settings but still doesn't update)
For real-time futures data, refer to:2. When I close and restart SC it does update the charts )but still missing candles. Is Historical and Real-time Futures Data Included? Comparing the candles there are placed differently in my platform, there are not the same length, If you are referring to charts based on a variable time frame per bar, then refer to:some are longer and some are sorter. Comparing with friends SC platform same chart, same number of ticks or regular candles it is different.
