I've entered my CTS username and 2-factor auth password (for "SierraChartOnly" FIX app) in Sierra's web form at "Manage External Services Login Details": https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=TradingServiceLoginDetails Can login to SC (green light connection for "CTS Trading - DTC") and no errors show in SC trade service log. However, isn't "Orders and Positions >> Balance" supposed to show an account balance? The SC trade service log shows: CTS Trading - DTC | No Trade Positions reported by DTC Server. Using SC level "3 -Standard" but switching to "5 -Advanced" November 1st. In case it matters, CTS setup two FIX apps for me, one called "SierraChartOnly" and the other "SierraChart". |
