The only possible technical issue that existed is that an open order entered outside of Sierra Chart or when using a symbol with a single digit year and then later updating, would not have displayed on the chart but you would certainly see them in Trade >> Trade Orders and Positions >> Orders. You can see them there and cancel them from there. We think this is the source of the problem. The technical explanation you are providing cannot be correct as you explain it. The other issue is that a Position line would not be displayed on the chart but you would see it in the Trade >> Trade Orders and Positions >> Positions. Refer to: Notice: Gain Capital Trade Position Reporting , some how SC changed the stop/stop & target limit to working orders of buy stops/markets & sell stop/market which I did not notice until my audible fills told me I was filled when I stepped away from my computer. For example this cannot be correct. This kind of condition cannot occur. What we think has happened is what we described above. So when you thought you were canceling orders when flattening the Position, the orders you could not see that had a single digit year did not get canceled. This would be the only explanation. They also said that they notified SC 1 week before changing their symbols to include the 2 digit year prior to the change. This is not true and actually what has happened is documented here:Notice: Gain Capital Trade Position Reporting Also after Gain/OEC updated their system to 2 digit I lost my targets that were placed on the contracts that were filled making me have to manually get out of those trades. Please advise. Yes this can be the case of you not seeing them on the chart based upon what we described above.Unable to trade at all now using SC! So frustrated.
