We do see the email communication you had with CTS on this and you are using the correct symbols so we are not sure why you are getting this rejection: Message Logs and found this: Symbol Error - TN.20181200.CME_F is unknown, unavailable, or improperly formatted. CTS FIX: Received market data reject: (0) Market is not available | 2018-10-23 04:01:04 However, we have now directly listed the TN symbols. Follow the instructions here to update the Symbol Settings: Global Symbol Settings: Update Global Symbol Settings After doing that you will see the symbols in File >> Find Symbol.
