In regards to post #28, what we suspect was that maybe you did a Full Reset or an Update and then clicked OK on the Symbol Settings window before that operation completed. It takes about 3 times as long to load the charts and retrieve the download of the charts. Also the folder size compressed increased at least 2 GB and uncompressed about 8GB. Is all this normal.
