2-3 days ago I paid $17 and $3.25 for RT data for balance of this month. But never got the upgrade. Your Accounts department says it looks fine on their end. Here is the results of my tests on ZB contract same day I upgraded: 3 ticks received. I have checked in each day since, including during market hours. The result is zero additional ticks. The only thing I am getting is the normal Historical update when I log on, but nothing after that. Any thoughts on what to do? I have chosen the Sierra Chart Data Service in the Settings Menu. |
