I have been a client for a year. I have a new computer and have the sierra chart downloaded on it. I can not get the data to feed current information. I have tried numerous approaches and followed instructions to the best of my ability. Can you please furnish me the necessary information to be able to actually talk to a live human being that can get this issue corrected for me.
