Not only are the exchange fees not refundable, but the data feed is not refundable. This is very clearly stated here: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=ExchangeDataFeedFeatures#DataConnections Notice where it says " (Non Refundable)". That is a direct expense to us that we pay out of our own pocket. No refunds at all. We can do a refund for the Sierra Chart software usage time itself but that has a 5 USD service fee. We also did say this : You can create custom symbols in newer versions of Sierra Chart but still that development is not fully ready but we could make it available. But there is an historical data limitation other than what is stored in real time. So this is something we can make available this week.
