You can change the font in the menu bar using method III from this link https://win10faq.com/change-font-sizes-icon-sizes-windows-10/ I use these registry edits to change the font in chrome tabs, address bar and bookmark toolbar. For some reason microsoft eliminated the ability to individually customize font setting without having to increase the size of everything.. Works well restart needed.
