That seems like a ridiculous amount of time with your setup but Without knowing how complex your charts/studies/alerts are how could anyone know? Are you loading years worth of data on your charts? I use an I5, SSD and 16GB of RAM and have almost instantaneous performance (11 charts displayed and 10 charts on tabs). The slowdown on my end isn't SC or my PC, it's the download of historical data on my charts that go back for long time periods.
