The first thing to understand is that this particular Keyboard Shortcut is not setting the quantity to 1, it is setting the quantity to the value associated with Button 1 on the Trading Window. Refer to the documentation here on these buttons: Basic Trading and the Trade Window: Main/C >> Order Quantity Buttons So check to see if when you select this keyboard shortcut that the first button is being selected on the Trade Window. Also, keep in mind that if you have a separate Trading DOM window open, then you have to set the option for Trade >> Trading Keyboard Shortcuts Enabled on that particular DOM.
