You may be loading too much data into the chart and running into limitations with Interactive Brokers data. We recommend reducing the Days to Load setting in Chart >> Chart Settings. We also understand why you say that the symbol goes to an earlier contract month. That would make sense during the process of the Continuous Futures Contract chart being built. In the case of Interactive Brokers, the feature is not going to work that well because Interactive Brokers does not provide a very fast and reliable historical data system. The process may be too slow. So we would recommend avoiding using it with Interactive Brokers. We would like to let you know about this new data feed we are going to be offering in the next few days: http://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?l=doc/SierraChartRealTimeFuturesStockDataFeed.php Please note, it is not available right now. we expect to have it ready by next week.
