This is very unusual. This is what we observe:

There is something with the Internet connectivity somewhere from your side interfering with the connection. This is quite clear. This is not an issue on our server because it is happening with two different servers and no other users are having an issue like this. We do not think it is necessary to reinstall Sierra Chart.
