Inherently this request, is rather complex. This is the reason why it was being deferred. It is something we do not really want to support due to the complexity of the configuration and a lot of involved analysis with how everything is handled. We have to be honest. There are a couple of problems with what you are doing. First of all, if you are using Zen-Fire just for data, that is a big problem. That's the kind of problem that is causing Rithmic to tell us that they may dump us or start imposing a fee. So please avoid that. Additionally, if you have enabled Global Settings >> General Settings>> Use Non-Chart Data from Remote Instance , then it is not going to be possible to do live trading due to differences with the decimal point position between the two Services being used. This is the main problem. When there are decimal point differences between two services being used, you cannot reliably use that option when trading. We can see from the chart in the image, that there is a pricing mismatch due to multipliers and the source of the current quote data. Therefore, we cannot provide further help with this request if using Global Settings >> General Settings>> Use Non-Chart Data from Remote Instance. Our recommendation is to use our upcoming CME market data feed which we will have out next week: http://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?l=doc/SierraChartRealTimeFuturesStockDataFeed.php Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support.
