From TD Ameritrade: A quick follow-up. We did make an adjustment to certificates last night which we believe was a cause of this handshake issue Sierra Chart had with our API. We have a fix going in tonight which should correct it. I did receive an email from a client which provided instructions for setting the Streamer Address Override to the *tdameritrade.com address I provided for you. Once our fix is in, I would suggest informing anyone that set that override to revert back to the default. This way, if/when our servers change in the future, the client wouldn’t need to manually override anything again. I will follow up with you tomorrow to see if this is resolved.
