We have only released additional levels of Market Depth for GC, YM and ES. The rest will come once we are certain that these additional levels are working properly and do not cause performance issues with the software. When these additional levels are available, you will not need to do anything, they will be made available for the CME products that you already subscribe to at no additional charge.
