Can confirm that I have the same connect/disconnect problem with my TD Ameritrade feed. It was working fine yesterday. And it would appear it is a server side issue with TDA. Note that TDA did a system wide upgrade over the weekend. So, this data feed problem may be a residual effect of the upgrade? Maybe. Update: I spoke to tech support at TDA and they provided me with the email address for their API team. apidev@tdameritrade.com The tech support rep did say the API support team has grown. So, hopefully this problem can get resolved quickly. Update No. 2: I sent them an email explaining the problem and attached a copy of the message log from Sierra Chart.
