Hi there, I have CQG data provided by my brokerage (Ninja Trader). They have confirmed that my account and user id for Sierra Charts are active however when I try to connect to the data in Sierra, below attached is my error... In addition I have attached my data setting for your reference. Can you please advise why I am unable to connect?
