Testing your Chartbook now and it runs at about 3 to 5% CPU usage which would be considered high on system we are using. The GDI object count is higher than we would expect. It is about 780 probably because of a large amount of colors and styles being used. We will see how to manage this better. Most likely the problem is related to this.
