Non working orders are now automatically cleared from the Trade >> Trade Orders and Positions >> Orders tab. You need to look at the Trade Activity Log for the historical activity. Not sure why a restart would cause the orders to reappear. Do they reappear when you select Trade >> Refresh Trade Data from Service?
