The problem is you have this setting for tick data at a ridiculously high setting: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/DataSourceSettings.php#MaxHistoricalIntradayDaysToDownload Change it to 30. This is also a CTS specific issue. We cannot think of anything that has changed which would cause any difference and the behavior you see currently does make sense. We would have to think about the best way to work around this. The other Message Log you provided does not prove your claim at all. Actually thinking about this, really there is nothing for us to do here. Just stop using invalid symbols. And adjust that setting as explained. Additionally, the particular problem really relates to when using CQG symbols with CTS. Other symbol formats would get rejected and there would be no historical data download.
